UK CUSTOMERS:
Packages sent to UK mainland from Guernsey, and of the value of £15 or under, are not subject to UK VAT.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Orders are very welcome from international customers. Please email for shipping costs to your part of the world. Your order will be shipped with no added tax therefore you will be responsible for paying the VAT in your country. PayPal is accepted for all Credit/Debit and international transactions.
DELIVERY:
Items will be posted within two working days and should reach a UK address within 3-5 working days. In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us with the details of your order and we will investigate. It should be noted that Royal Mail do not consider anything lost, missing or stolen until 15 working days has passed.
RETURNS POLICY:
Silver Bullion is by its very nature not a perfect product. Minor abrasions on new and uncirculated silver are not uncommon. Nevertheless we endeavour to select the best examples for our customers leaving the lesser items for our clearance offers. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately to discuss the option of a refund
