UK Delivery
All orders from the UK are posted individually. This ensures the value of each package remains within the £15 VAT free threshold.
Your order will be dispatched within two working days of payment clearance. An email will be sent to confirm the dispatch of your order.
Delivery to a UK address normally takes 3-5 working days. During periods of adverse weather or postal strikes this time frame will be affected and a notification will be displayed on the website if we are aware of any major delays.
If your order does not arrive within 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us.

Recorded delivery is available; please select this option when going through the checkout process.
All items are packaged and posted individually and if under the value of £15 it will be VAT free under the UK VAT rules.
Items sold over the value of £15 are clearly shown to include UK VAT and either Special Delivery or Recorded delivery is within the price.
International Delivery - Europe
European orders are welcome. We can only accept orders in sterling.
Your order will be dispatched within two working days of payment clearance. An email will be sent to confirm the dispatch of your order and to advise of tracking details.
We do not add on any tax for international orders. International buyers are responsible for seeking out the tax laws of their country in respect of bullion importation and declaring it accordingly.
